As you may or may not already know, the Trust for Sustainable Living hosts a number of competitions for schools and their students, and right now, there’s another opportunity for you to get involved!

TSL is delighted to be partnering with Conservation Without Borders to bring you the Sustainability Challenge video competition on Climate Action, which closes on October 1st 2021. Conservation Without Borders is an organisation which brings people together to find and share solutions to environmental problems, making them the perfect partner for this challenge!

Participants for the Sustainability Challenge: Climate Action competition are invited to create a short video, individually or as group, showcasing their messages on ‘the need for urgent climate action and driving the green revolution’ ahead of the 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) in Glasgow from 31 October – 12 November 2021.

This competition is open to all ages within the following categories:

  • 7-11 (Primary)
  • 12-17 (Secondary)
  • 18+
  • Teachers

The last Sustainability Challenge took place earlier in the year, with the theme of ‘Protecting Biodiversity’, in line with the Conference of Parties (COP 15) of the UN Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD). 8 finalists were selected and voted on by the public via social media, and you can watch these entries below if you’re looking for a little inspiration!
